Sparkling water dispensers draw water from your building’s existing water supply that is connected to the machine. As the water is pulled into the system, it passes through a several stages of filtering process, including active carbon filtration. Carbon removes chlorine, sediment, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), taste, and any odor to the water. Pressurized carbon dioxide is added to the filtered water, resulting in hydrating sparkling water. This allows your employees and/or guests to enjoy delicious-tasting sparkling water instantly, without the need for single-use plastic bottles.

The user simply needs to press a button, pull a lever, or use our sensor-activated, touchless dispensing option to release a stream of great-tasting sparkling water. We offer different water options with our models, but these are all clearly displayed and selected using simple controls.

Most Culligan sparkling water dispensers do not add caffeine to the water. However, the Bevi 2.0 and Bevi Countertop models offer an option to add caffeine. To enable this feature, you can order a caffeine enhancement bib for your Bevi machine. Once installed, users who want to add caffeine to their water can select the caffeine option through the touchscreen feature. 

To make carbonated water, the process begins by obtaining carbon dioxide (CO2), a gas that is essential for creating bubbles. Next, cold water is placed in a container, and CO2 is introduced under pressure, either using a CO2 tank or a CO2 charger. If using a tank, the valve is adjusted to create the right pressure, while a CO2 charger is activated by shaking the bottle. This pressure infuses the carbon dioxide into the water, creating sparkling, bubbly water.
