For nearly three years, Quality Water Service has been part of the Culligan family, working together to enhance water solutions by combining Quality Water Service’s seamless service across Puerto Rico with Culligan’s global expertise in research, design, and engineering.

We’re rebranding as Culligan to shine a light on the advanced technology and innovation that Culligan brings to our solutions. This change highlights our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality workplace water options, powered by Culligan’s expertise, without any disruption to you. The legal name of our company is staying the same – Quality Water Service. All legal documents and contracts will remain in place without changing.

Is Quality Water Service still a separate entity within Culligan? Is Quality Water Service considered an operating company, subsidiary, or brand?

Quality Water Service operates in Puerto Rico as a distinct brand under the Culligan umbrella, benefiting from Culligan’s resources while maintaining its specialized focus on providing workplaces with cleaner, safer, better-tasting water. 

Where do I send my payment?

Our remit to address remains the same (PO Box 9020096, San Juan, PR 00902-0096). For billing questions, email collections.pr@culligan.com.

Do I need an updated W-9?

No, you don’t need an updated W-9 form. We are still Quality Water Service, now proudly operating as Culligan, with our Employer Identification Number (EIN) and tax details remaining unchanged. 

I have automatic payment processing. Is there anything I need to do?

No action is required on your part. Our system will automatically update your payment processing information. If you have concerns, feel free to contact our customer service team. 

I have a Quality Water Service Certificate of Insurance on file. Do I need to file for a new one?

You will not need to file for a new Certificate of Insurance. Our legal entity, Quality Water Service, and Employer Identification Number (EIN) are the same, even as we embrace our new name.
